Positive Thinking - Turn Off the TV |
this got me thinking about all the manipulative negative propaganda in the media and how it can affect us. I rarely watch TV in particular the news or buy newspapers. I always know enough about whats happening to be in touch with reality but NOT so much that it affects my “state’ we need to be careful not to take on too much negativity about the market. Whether thats through the media, colleagues, clients, friends or family. Ask yourself what are you taking in? and is it positive or negative. Create a forcefield around yourself and protect your ‘state’. Monitor your dialogue - what are you saying to yourself and others? Top performers are not saying ”its the market, its my office, if only this or that changed”. They are working harder, adapting to change and getting on with it. The ones who are not surviving are blaming everything else and being affected by external influences which result in a scarcity mentality. So turn the TV off and surround yourself with positivity and get on with what you need to do. |
